3D Machining
The photos to the left depict an insertable lower shoe die that was made from a single piece of steel. This cutting insert was created using 3D machining. It was heat treated and grinded to the required specifications. Using our CNC equipment, we quickly manufactured the components needed to finish the job.
Finished Product
The finished product will allow the customer to create identical parts each and every time. Our experienced technicians build each piece from the ground up to deliver one-of-a-kind custom parts.
